Building personal brands, commercialising, giving false hopes to young bloods is illogical, such souls must be escalated. Speaking to the point, a genuine person who is aiming societal wellbeing as his/her priority must be given a chance either it might be teacher/civil servant/entrepreneur, etc. Which really helps in minimising unemployment and also strengthens the plot of generating employment.
Meaningful words as a sincere aspirant(currently) irrespective of other career domains work knowledge. Its’ good present-day aspirant cum officers sharing their knowledge to young minds and helping lakhs of aspirants by not letting them do the mistakes which they done. Rankers are really awesome because of their hard-work and commitment. Since clearing exam irrespective of present-day distractions is appreciable which is really non-debated. Post-clearing exam, “its’ people-servant leader(civil servant) work” should speak and it provides respect. Following All India Services conduct rules and sharing knowledge is fine but it is not permanent, once after clearing exam AIS(All India Services) is expecting NATIONS’ GROWTH MINDSET FROM US(SERIOUS ASPIRANTS CUM OFFICERS). Ones’ work and their innovative ideas towards Nations’ growth, interestingly serving ideology is part and parcel of it. To be practical, we are in a society wherein everyone should get an opportunity to earn bread and butter through the skills which they have, either you, me or any. Providing such environment is cost-less. Jajmani system is prominent but it lost its’ authenticity due to modernisation, legal reforms, etc. Present-day world is running on finance to some extent, may be due to cost-of living(accepted fact & one of the reasons among many.) Aspirants who cleared exam has a duty of serving Nation. Out of 930(approx.) vacancies every year, excluding 930 ranks, through PRATIBHA SETU another 10,000+ filling meritorious aspirants in other meaningful public work domains is okay. What about the rest? A rough sketch: Aspirants who Apply 13,00,000; Write Prelims 5,80,000; Clear Prelims 14,600; Clear Mains 2,800; Final Officers ~1,000; Left out aspirants irrespective of serious/non-serious(majority comes under unemployment category). And they are also giving a good message to society which one must speak about is, UPSC or even any competitive exam clearance is not life and death, choosing teaching domains, joining NGOs, SHGs, and realising their passions with broader understanding, etc. Helping as much as they can by not just earning bread and butter also providing bread and better via forms of creating employment and the legacy goes on… A well-mannered teacher/entrepreneur/director/actor/journalist, etc who prepared for UPSC, not only has subject knowledge but also has morals and ethics is a boon to society & equally important to present such souls to young minds to place them in distraction free in order to build aspiring Nation is equally important. A person who sincerely prepared for UPSC has nonetheless same knowledge in comparison with the person(who sincerely worked-hard) who cleared exam.
